Arabic Voice Over

I need someone to record voice overs in Arabic for my explainer videos. This is a long term job. I'll be needing voice overs on monthly basis. The voice over will be used for arabic explaienr videos so the artist must be experienced and understood monotone, low/high notes, pitch, etc. You will be responsible for translating the script from english to arabic, record the voice over, and sync the voice over to the video. I only have a fixed budget since this is a long term project. So please don't bid if you can't work under this budget or aren't fit based on the above requirements. Here is what I am willing to pay: $10 for upto 60 seconds (150 words) $15 for upto 90 seconds (175 words) $20 for upto 120 seconds (225 words) Please don't bid if you don't agree to the above price terms.
