UI Designers Contract Role 6 to 8 months -- 2

1. Build good relationships with clients 2. Collaborate with writers, researchers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders 3. Be comfortable working autonomously, or in groups and with clients from fortune 100 to startup 4. Use Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create responsive Web designs for B2B and B2C 5. Publish design work to Zeplin and/or InVision/DSM 6. Produce a variety of design artifacts like design comps, flows, prototypes, layouts, sketches, wireframes, journey maps, icons, site maps, animations, or post-production work for video and other visualizations 7. Use a systematic process to find and resolve hidden complexities and edge cases 8. Provide accurate “effort” estimates for tasks assigned to you 9. Produce work that lives and breathes the distinctive feel of the brand 10. Think through user problems, find solutions, mock them up in detail, and work with engineers to build them 11. Participate in design critiques, and workshops 12. Present your designs to stakeholders 13. Design for accessibility compliance WCAG 2.2 14. Design within the framework of a Design System and avoid creating design debt 15. Design strategy documents presentations 16. Create design systems or UI kits 17. Provide design direction to clients if needed 18. Be able to give a rationale for your design in objective terms with research, analytics, and best practices to back up your design thinking 19. Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
