Create a SaaS tool for Social Media Management

I hired another developer for a previous project of creating a similar tool to manage Twitter. I eventually wanted to add in FB, LinkedIn, and Instagram support and as the project evolved, the develop missed deadlines, lied, and did not meet the specifications set out. Thus, I'm looking for a developer to help me code this project correctly and then be open to working together in the future to add more features and fix bugs as the SaaS customers grow. Currently I have web code for a SaaS app to manage social media. The code is written in PHP, JavaScript, PDO(MYSQL), AJAX, CRON, REST APIs. The design is based on a theme I got, and I can provide you the code for that as well. I'm listing qualifications and the changes I need done below. I've also attached screenshots and a document of changes I requested before (and weren't fully complete) and what the developer has said on them... In order to qualify for this project, you need to have experience with the following: - Experience with working with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn APIs - Experience with PHP, JavaScript, PDO(MYSQL), AJAX, CRON (for time-based events especially) - An eye for modern UI design and attention to detail I want to give users the ability to do the follow with each platform: Facebook: - Be able to publish text posts, photo posts, share links and videos. - Manage FB page - View analytics (just basic for right now like demographics, # of likes, views, etc) Twitter - Be able to Search for Twitter users and Tweets - be able to publish tweets - Be able to view basic analytics (such as those in the Twitter analytics backend) - be able to build lists of Twitter users, and then automate following them (the following lists is already coded, but I believe it is coded badly and again Twitter Rules, so we’d need to fix that) If you have more questions on this i’m happy to explain but i’d like it to be a similar tool overall to [login to view URL] LinkedIn - Be able to manage LinkedIn company page including Posting and viewing basic analytics Instagram - Be able to search and build list of instagram users - be able to follow instagram users - Since Instagram API doesn’t allow posting from apps, I’d like them to still be able to create Instagram Posts but instead of us posting them, we send them a notification/reminder to post it (maybe at another time they designate to be reminded) before similar posts on other platforms go live Messages - view and manage messages from FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram - Ability to add “tags” to messages (in order to help them sort messages easier if searching) - IF POSSIBLE - allow for organizing messages into folders. Search - please include the search features mentioned above for Twitter and Instagram with as much advanced filters as possible that are easy to understand and use. - Please also allow the ability to search messages, posts library, etc. - Build search to be easily customizable through dropdown menus or text boxes Action Plan - Create a nicer looking calendar please, that manages all the automation for posts, lists, etc with draggable event - Merge New Actions and Recurring actions and make a nice step by step menu with ability to create a custom automation action and easier on the eyes instead of stretched. Recurring Please fix recurring posts so it’s more customizable and easier to edit in case they want to go back and make changes. Also add start and end dates. Overall in the app: - fix the UI to be more brighter if possible and cleaner such as the logo area and menu and search bar area. I have heard from many freelancers that it's easier to redo the code than fix it. if so, let me know but I'm trying to stick to my budget so please understand that.
