I have Engineering (CAD, CAM, CAE) Educational Video Lectures in Chinese language, I wish to convert it to English text. Translating Chinese audio to English Text (subtitle) . (The Translation should be in the SRT file format, because we use VLC player) I also suggest, we should do an unpaid pilot of 2 min for you to understand data. This project is not time bound. ie. you will have liberty and flexibility to execute at slow speed. Volume is > 100 Hrs of work.
