Hi Team, I have experience into softskills & Behavioral skills training of close to 2 years

I am an experienced trainer, because of my early work experience, I am trained in understanding human psychology and I was trained for a collections agent for a UK bank (TSB) wherein the level of training was so delicate that if i was to make one sarcastic comment even if I dint mean it, my incentives were taken off from my salary and it can even lead to termination, (experience in CNX daksh), Moreover i was a trainer in Rehmat foundation for language and softskill for almost 2 years. Hence I can make my audience more attracted and more indulging in my training sessions. Working as a salesman in an interior designing firm i faced alot of scenarios based on Human psychology of indian citizen, being a salesman the first and foremost trick is to attract a customer towards us, and convey the product information in such a way that the customer's trust is build up towards us, hence leading it to be a succesfull sales. Hence i use my training tactics to have an amazing and interactive session be it with my audience or my client. I bet i proved why this makes me the best candidate for this project
