Greetings ! Experienced in enclosure design and manufacturing We offer enclosure design solutions for IoT devices, PCBs , Electronic, Electrical components & Medical equipment. We have prototyping facility available at our end to create prototypes after designing and make minor adjustments if any before going in for actual production. Based on the inputs and references provided by the client, we will come up with 5 hand sketch concepts for the enclosure and more iterations on sketches are done based on the discussion and requirement. 2. Once the sketch is finalized, we will work on the industrial design part of the enclosure wherein we take of Molding feasibilities, IP rating and so on. 3. Once the 3D modelling is completed, we will print it to test its functionality and IP testing. 4. If low volume production of around 50 Nos is required, then we will do vacuum casting/silicone moulding. 5. We will connect with multiple injection Molding vendors to get the product into production.
