I have been appointed to rennovate and extend a Pub in Dublin, Ireland. the existing building is approximately 500 sqm, and this shall be extended by means of an additional floor and plant room, to about 800 sqm. I have had a survey conducted and produced the survey drawings. I have also built a physical model and have a design for the project as well as sketch plans and elevations. I require an AutoCAD draftsman, to produce professional drawings (plans, sections, elevations) for a planning [login to view URL] level of detail is reasonably basic: Wall thickness shall be given but detail buildup isn't neccessary, Wall finishes should be indicated and some basic annotations. I shall shortly upload examples of the level of detail required, and the existing drawings. I'm looking for a partner to work with long term - this is partly a test case, and there shall be plenty of follow-on work for the person who can reiably produce drawings.
