Hello, I understand that you need a sketchup model in under 12 hours and am able to do that. I can quickly import the plans, sections and elevations into Sketchup as dwgs and use them as references to model. I will make similar doors and windows components as well as similar furniture. I will group external walls, internal walls, floor slabs, roofs and put them on separate layers. Furniture, plumbing fixtures, and lighting will all be put on separate layers to be turned off and on when required. I realize I have not ratings yet but I am a professional and very good at what I do as I am an architect who has been using Sketchup for 5 years now. I know it is difficult to trust someone untested on this platform when you have a deadline of 12 hours but know that if you do hire me, you will not come to regret it.
