Model Animation and Lip Sync

I am in need of some animation experience. I know how to do some things in Cinema 4D but I am no expert. What I need is someone to do facial animations to lip sync to a voice track that I am recording with a little body animations to sell the performance. The character will need rigging. The scene is a introduction to an audience before the movie starts. I only need the character and animation, no renders or other pieces. The voice track will be about 60 seconds. I already have a model with a skeleton and mesh and some animation already done. The model is a World of Warcraft character who is speaking to an audience. This is not a commercial project, I am doing this for fun and no money.
