Calling Expert No Sales - Pay per lead

We need native English speakers whom can cold call leads in order to generate registers on a website. It is an aviation parts Market Place and we need to gather suppliers following these steps: 1. Take data form a provided list 2. Call the number and reach sales person 3. Tell them about the platform and its benefits 4. Invite them and bring them to register a profile 5. Ask them to upload their catalogue A few days later 1. Call back if catalogue hasn´t been filled. We are willing to pay $10 usd per each registered member with uploaded catalogue.
