Selling Internet presence to small business - open to bidding

We are looking for a skilled telesales professional/companies to sell Internet visibility packages to Medium and Small companies in the UK. The package includes a tailored website/improved visibility for present business company, directories sign-up, company video production, etc.
The selected person/company should be able to:
-Work on a commission basis
-Work during UK business hours (9-5 GMT)
-Generate a minimum of 100 sales per month (4-5 per working day)
-Process the sale (through a simple online procedure)
-Reliable Internet connection required.
-British accent preferred.
-20 USD as the minimum commission per sale.
