Windows Program to imitate another computer's IP and Computer signature

We need a simple program that does the following: a) User 1 runs the program at his computer b) User 2 runs the the program at User-2's computer, and this imitates all computer signatures from computer 1. The signatures include things such as: - IP Address - Mac Address - Version of Operating System - Username of computer, etc, whatever other signatures there may be - Connection Type - Carrier Code The intention of this program is so that when a 3rd party service is accessed, the 3rd party service will see these 2 users as the exact same entity. The program is not used for any illegal purposes.
