Sort & combine .pdfs

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Mac . Goal: My goal is to automate the creation the .pdf documentation for online judging Situation description: I have 70 judges, each gets a personalized .pdf catalogue of competitors. I have the system that creates individual personalized .pdf for every single judge... Se the system creates files [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] ,… [login to view URL] where XX is the number of judge. Challenge: Imagine I have 70 judgesa nd 20 competitors. This is 1400 files. 1. I have to move this files to folders. 2. with automator combine all pdfs for one judge in one file 3. add additional page to at the beginning of each combined .pdf. That first page is not personalized and is the same for for every judge [login to view URL] 70 emails with personalized catalogues to judges Can this be automated. I am using mac.
