Refactor a VB 6 COM+ library and associated classes as VB.NET with COM+ interop (P2)

I have a 300 line VB 6 project consisting of several classes and methods. This is essentially a data library using ADO to return recordsets, execute stored procedures and data. I need it rewritten in VB 6, and exportable via COM+ interop, such that any consumer of the refactored object will work with no difference. We must preserve the current object GUIDs, object name and methods. I need this done asap. I can help with testing. Proposal should include effort to code up, then help with issue resolution in the event of identified issues found. One of the classes is a fast concatenator, which can be replaced with an optimal .NET solution (which may be out of the box) as VB 6 is slow. Preference is to replace to using [login to view URL] instead of ADO in VB.NET but need to review on case by base basis.
