Google Spreadsheet that is to have a script that can scan several sheets every Monday and send an email to an email address with a list of Names who's courses are within 6 months of expiring. For example on the 2nd tab sheet name "Sub-contractors" , XC's safe pass is expiring in June 2018, XS safe pass is expiring Sep 2018. Also XC's first aid expires in Nov 18 and XS's safe pass expires on Sep 19. On the first tab sheet "office based", BN's safe pass is expiring in June 18 and EN manual handling is expiring in June 18. The google script will scan the sheets once a week (on a monday) and send an email from the gmail account to an external email containing a list of the name of the person, the course that is expiring and when it will expire for example: Hi Office Based Staff 1. BN, Safe Pass Expiring Jun-2018, Manual Handling Expiring Jul-18 2. ED, Manual Handling expiring June 2018 Sub-Contractors 1. XC, Safe Pass Expiring Jun-2018, First Aid Expiring Nov-18 2. XS, Safe Pass Expiring September 2018 Staff 1. XD, Safe Pass Expiring Jun-2018, Manual Handling Expiring Jul-18 2. FS, Manual Handling expiring June 2018 Regards Eoghan
