Hello there, It seems that you have some PDF files which contains tags and some sort of entity information and you want to convert these PDF files to XML ones. As I worked with one of the popular PDF processing libraries (called iTextSharp) in C# as part of a previous project, I think we can use the same library for the given project also. I would, therefore, like to go through the some of the PDF files and also (if possible), the XML schema definition that will be used to create the resulting XML file, so as to understand the detailed project requirements. Please note: We will finalize the cost and time requirement once I understand the detailed project requirements and decide to work on the project. Though, it will be nice, if you can provide the estimated time or total cost that you want to allocate for the project. Regards.
