C# AI Agent for tanks game/

I need 3 artificial intelligence agents that use the a* algorithm, a finite state machine, and machine learning in a tanks game. They need to be developed in C#. The game files are located in AIFG-TANKS, another class(es) need to be developed to instruct the tank what to do in the game. Other code which may help is located in Tanks_Code. When running the game in Visual Studio, the [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] need to be added into references which can be accessed in the Solution Explorer in Visual Studio.
