Add Scheduling Functionality to c# application

I have a basic C#.Net windows forms Application. I would like to add scheduling functionality to this application. In a nutshell, the application allows for multiple scheduling tasks to be configured. All configuration is stored in a simple xml file. I would like the user to configure their own schedule tasks. The application is structured as follows: The main UI (see [login to view URL]) is the main page where a user can monitor all configured tasks. There are two xml files. [login to view URL] stores all application specific parameters and [login to view URL] saves all schedule tasks parameters. A user can add/remove or edit schedules from the “configure” tab. This will launch the configure form (see [login to view URL]). I would like you to add the scheduling functionality. If the task is “enabled” it should display a messagebox at the configured time. Only the “ONCE” option is required. I believe the following dll ([login to view URL]) would do the trick or I am open to any other proposal, as long as it is well documented and easy to maintain and replicate.
