Sales Manager

We are looking to engage a new Sales Manager for our company. The new member will be responsible for: Sales Strategy - Developing a sales strategy to put organizational business objectives into actionable plans - Handling/organizing multiple sales-focused activities like Newsletters, Webinar, Marketing campaigns in coordination with multiple teams Growing Existing Accounts - Informing, educating & spreading the word about the services and solutions to the existing customers and growing the account sizes - mapping & identifying the solutions and services which can bee sold to the existing customers learning to more business possibilities. Inbound Lead Management - Handling the Web-leads, Website Live Chats, Telephonic leads - Strong ability to handle Virtual business development & organizing Web conversations, account Management, and MIS reporting Proposal Preparation - Developing Solution-oriented proposal with a detailed discussion with the in-house team (Solutions Team, Finance Team, Delivery Team) Deal Closures - Handling Multiple rounds of discussions with the client and bringing the business transaction to closure until all the required formalities & team introduction are not done Someone who speaks and understands English very well. Can convert calls into quality appointments and gather the needed information. Will be handling chats and occasionally outgoing calls.
