Hello Freelancers! I have this project on ROS & Vision_openCV for which i would like a proffesional to create the universe and run/implement the given examples i provide in the attached zip. Inside the zip you will find the code and theory in the pdf ready I just needs the creation of the universe and the implementation of the examples. Budget is aprox $30-50USD including a documentation (1000words) explaining design, creation of universe, implementation, testing (with screenshots) and deadline is at 17 September so we got enough time to work on this :) Thank you in advance for your time.
