Proposing an idea, my dream :)

Dear, I hope whoever is reading this will have a great health and day :) I am looking forward proposing an idea to some investors, but I need help with making this idea looks better as content and formally. I am dreaming to open a restaurant and a juicer " healthy " I need someone that can create for me a proposal or you can call it an idea profile " PDF and word " with professional writing, branding, colors, images, information's regarding food and beverage " research regarding food and beverage in Kuwait, brief studying and comparing with same business line worldwide " WhatI am expecting from you is putting time and passion on this, because if I get the approval regarding this proposal then this will grow and whoever will do this job as great as I want, then he or she will be my reference for all my coming work regarding this business because I need someone who knows the story from the beginning, so this job is not a one-time job I promise it is a journey, but the first step of this job is right here . My inspiration came when I saw this business " [login to view URL] " and realized that back in my country we do not have this line of business, please check it make it as your reference to understand my vision, so some research and make my dream come true. Note : 1. I need someone who would work from his heart and love it because this is a really important thing to me. 2. I need it to look professional from all perspectives. 3. I need you please to be creative, take the above website and understand the idea, copy it but I need also to add some added ideas to it, I do not know but maybe as saying " delivering daily juice boxes to the clients as their one-month membership of daily fresh healthy juices ", I need more ideas to be added because I sure those investors knows already about Joe and the juice, we will lose if it is only copying . 4.
