Frankly, this should be designed by a true professional Restaurant Designer. See in Google.....depictaurant....which shows some of my sketches. A design sketch with my method takes about 6 to 7 hours for preliminary sketches, awaiting your critique. Final sketches to correct if necessary, take another 3 hours.
