Web APP migration from One cloud platform to another

Hello sorry i was busy for last few days. So i am finally here with my complete requirement. 1. We have production system running on AWS. We need to migrate to Azure or GCP or AWS or IBM as we free credits there. This is task 1. 2. We need to create a development system a copy of Production system on new server. 3. The backend is MYSQL, front end is React and backend of Django. 4. On the cloud we need two servers India and US servers. We want one front end web app and one Mobile app linked to two databases. One in India ( for Indian clinics) and another one in USA ( for all other clinics). The front end should be one but backend servers should be multiple as each clinic based on country will save data on the sever where clinic is located. 5. The Development server should be linked to Git, we push code to Git and integrate to development environment. The development server is tested and a mirror image is generate and is linked to production environment post test. 6. The product environment is put on autoscale for load balancing and should be mirrored to development regularly through scripts ( weekly update) for functionality updates.
