Build me a smart bin for cigarettes -- 5

Hello Freelancer community, we have a proposal for you. We need to build a smart cigarette bin that is able to count and detect cigarettes on an intermediate platform. Once it certifies that they are cigarettes, the cigarettes will be thrown in the part where the garbage bag will be. We need someone who can programme a software that can decect and count cigarettes through an AI CNN for object recognition and create the relative hardware with a combination of Raspberry Pi + Camera + Light We need a working project so we can create and use it.
