AWS Glue - Move file from Source s3 to Target S3 bucket using Python

I require someone to build an AWS Glue job that takes a parquet file from a s3 bucket and copies the file to another s3 bucket after doing some transformations. The transformations are not overly complex, the SOURCE S3 Parquet file will have a column that contains a string delimited by comma. This comma separated string just needs to be broken down into separate columns and the new file copied into a TARGET s3 bucket. The Glue job when triggered should only load new parquet files ( I am assuming using Job bookmarks [login to view URL]) Two same versions of the AWS Glue Job must be built - one using Python Shell and one using PySpark. So that i can learn the differences. Code for AWS Glue to transform and copy files using Python
