Write a WordPress plugin that creates posts automatically in a set format by fetching introduction and description from Apple App Store

I need a plugin for WordPress that would help me automate my efforts of posting articles manually on my website. My website can be found at: [login to view URL] On this website I simply list games along with a specific shortcode that links to Apple Store link. I need a script that runs at say every 15 minute interval and posts 5-10 links on my behalf. Data source I will be providing will be the App Store app id after which the plugin should automatically create a post using my specified format, select a decent featured image for the post and publish article automatically. The Data source will be a list that will be manually create by me on the backend wherein I will have to just input app ids. This list can be expandable and each element will get cleared off as soon as the post for that app id is complete. Also, this plugin should check and prompt me if the app id I mentioned in the data source already has a published post or not.
