Write some Software

Academic data search software I am a researcher and writer of scientific papers for learned journals. I have access to a library of science-related books, mainly chemistry, biochemistry, sub-atomic, medical etc. Each book appears to range from 250,000 words to 750,000 words. If I am writing a paper, I need to search for information as background. It may be about a particular element, a chemical compound, a sub-atomic reaction, whatever. Some of my searches will involve multiple subject matter. As a very simple illustration, I may wish to write a paper on common salt, i.e sodium chloride. To get as much background as possible, I would want to search ‘common salt’, ‘salt’, ‘sodium’, ‘chloride’, ‘chlorine’ and ‘sodium chloride’. The software I am looking for would be able to search just one selected book for up to say, three of the above terms, and wherever they appear together within a set number of lines (20, 50, 100, etc) the search engine would deliver all positive hits into a separate Word document, which would then become my research background. This is what I want and need; I do not want anything that cannot deliver the above so please do not waste your own valuable time and mine. I have to know you can deliver before I award the contract, so will not be swayed simply by words; please show me some proof that you can actually do this. This ability to deliver is more important than the price. If I can get this right, then there are further data search possibilities that we can explore together.
