Write a Simple Windows Application

I need to create a windows application run locally on a pc. This application can be run by any user logon on the computer. The application displays all images in an assigned folder within a windows computer environment dynamically (in row and column format as thumbnail picture size) whenever there are images in the folder. Whenever user run the application, a .bat file will run in the back-end automatically (I already have the .bat file) On Page1, User can view images as full-size when click on any image. The view mode will start display mode from the image user click on (Page3). There will be option for user to navigate images right below the full-size display images as a scroll-thumbnail picture size bar (swipe on touch screen). There are two buttons at the bottom of page3. Click (Post to Our Facebook Button) will post the selected images to a preset facebook account with preset(customizable images description). Click on (Exit Button) will close window and go back to page1 At the bottom of Page1, there are two button. Button1 deletes all images (this button trigger a .bat file in the back-end I already have. This .bat files will delete all images in the folder) Button2 Email images will open page2. On Page2, (Send button) will send out those selected images to the email enter in the email field with an email body (customize in html format by us) * the email will delay until user exit the application then send out the email with attached images(this helps the application run more smooth). The host email can be gmail or any other email services. There will be a pop up right after hit send button say" Thank you" and close out automatically rigth after.
