Hello sir. This could be done also with google chrome extension - with a given instrument's shortcuts list (TPR,ABC, etc...) I can make extension which would download this via chrome (after visiting and setting one instrument) and there should not be any problem with headers and CORS, since you are on the same website - i have checked this while ago. I know when we use wget to download data , servers first check whether the request is coming from a real browser or by some program/coding. so we can not use wget here , but we can use selenium for web browser automation. With this automatically we can start browser chrome/firefox or any other and navigate to url , click buttons and fill forms and all other things. I can do this task. i will give u seleinium code if u want else i will download all data and send to you. There is another to do this task also.
