I need a new website. I need you to design and build a website for my small business. I would like to create a website that people where could enter certain information about their company and it would create standard legal documents they need for compliance, of course at a price. In other words the site would as the CEO of a company for some basic company info and in turn they’ll receive customized information that’s required by law in order to be complaint. Do you understand what I’m looking for? Would you be able to do this? Example: Company: xyz corporation CEO: Mr Good CEO Location: New Delhi Address: 123 Main St, New Delhi, India Etc.... The output (after payment) would look like this (in a simplistic way): XYZ corporation has appointed Mr good CEO to be responsible for all legal matters. All communications with Mr CEO regarding any of XYZ corporation will shall be sent to its headquarters in New Delhi at 123 Main St New Delhi, India via DHL. Any legal disputes must be addressed with 15 business days, so that XYZ Corporation may retain legal representation no and investigate any allegations.... etc. Mr Good CEO does fill out the information requested and a letter, memo or policy is created using that information by inserting it in the right fields in the pre-uploaded text and then company XYZ now has record or its policy or procedure in the even of any legal issues and can simply produce and distribute this memo as needed. In simple terms it’s a mail merge, or google form that when the required information is entered you have a document that Mr Good CEO, the client, now has in his possession. Obviously this will involve shopping carts, payment processing etc. So the clients can pay and get their product. My questions to you are: Can you create a website? Can you create a related database where these documents would be store and retrieved? Can you estimate your time needed to develop? Can you propose a timeline? How long will it take you?
