i want some changes in a plugin

I have a website running with Question2answer script. I have a plugin that i am using for posting questions on the website. But the plugin is very leggy.. i want to make it very very fast. If anyone could help me with this i would really appriciate. Below is the link of the script that i am using. [login to view URL] I am attaching the plugin. once you setup the website, on xampp visit /bulkask I am attaching sample files for testing. Problem starts once i upload more and more number of files, initially speed of processing upload is good, but it degrades with time.
