Training Management Centralisation

Hello. We would like a new web app or full desktop client, either is fine, that does the following. - logins onto a website and pull down details and pdf's from a page with many login profiles - that information entered into a database - various reports and dashboard to be created or made editable by end user Details. The website page that needs the data extracted from is the picture [login to view URL], all that information needs to be brought down from the website and to a central location. There will be anywhere from 1 to 100 different logins to this website that need this information pulled down for each login. So there will need to be a management page where i can manually enter the persons name and details, user-name and password to the source website. Once a day to go and collect the information from the website and update the internal database. It is to also pull down and completed certificates in pdf format, represented by the red icon ([login to view URL]) in the system. We will then need to have many reports on courses completed, courses in progress and other various dashboard for easy reading. See [login to view URL] and other jpg's for some examples. More reports and dashboard information the better. Advanced skills analytics to give visibility into our organization's strengths and weaknesses for training.
