Hoy nosotros usamos a una empresa que, por lo que vimos es la unica que provee que los agentes puedan recorrer las propiedades con sus clientes. Se llama [login to view URL] . Lo bueno de este software, como tambien hay otros, es que podes usar cualquier maquina o imagen 360 para ir armando el tour. Otros bien posicionados son [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , [login to view URL], etc.
Por otro lado, tambien usamos esta que es la mejor posicionada del mercado www.matterport.com. Matterport tienen unas imagenes perfectas pero es tipo Apple. Ellos te venden la maquina, ellos son los que procesan las imagenes, ellos hacen el tour, el plano y la casa de muñecas.
La idea es que todo el mercado va a ver, recorrer y comprar/alquilar, propiedades via web. Queremos ver que costaria tener una herramienta adonde poder manejar los tours virtuales. Algo inclusive mejor seria un soft que pueda manejar la carg, publicacion, republicacion de propiedades, manejo de CRM , etc. y que tenga este sistema incluido.
