Slideshow Screens - Website Tour

I need A button on my dashboard panel which will say How to use Clicking on the button it will open 9 slideshow screen with next and previous with close button . You need to show me how to reduce / increase more screens on the slideshow . Should open a good transition effect . Preferbly responsive . Finally I need to know where from I can edit the screens of those slideshow Need the button to be styled similar like [login to view URL] There are plenty free resources on what i am asking . I just want a smart coder install and guide me how to edit . That's all
