Simple WordPress Plugin

I would like a simple one page WordPress plugin. The point of the plugin will be to allow someone to quickly and easily add code (HTML or Javascript) to all the pages and posts on their WordPress site. Please see the attached wire frame graphic that shows how I envision the plugin. This is a simple project however please only bid if you have experience writing WordPress plugins. I would like this job to go quickly and smoothly. From you I expect a finished plugin with the copyright to me that is delivered on time. From me you can expect quick responses to any questions you have and quick release of escrow when the project is complete.
