a simple system for students using PHP

it is a simple system for students to get their grades online using simple .pdf file, PHP , HTML and CSS should be used in creating the project, the design should be nice, responsive, working fine on Chrome, Mozilla and IE, the database is ready (MySQL) i will post it, and the system should have the following specifications: 1- student login page, students should be able to login, the page must be responsive and be flexible on tables and smart phones. students will login using student ID and password from "tbl_student_info" table. 2- employee login page, employees should be able to login and will login using username and password from "tbl_admin" table. 3- admin panel , the panel should only be seen by employees when they login and it must contain two pages, one page is for entering, editing and deleting (using DataGrid) all the info for the students which is in "tbl_student_info" table and multiple PDF files should be able to upload, and the other page is for entering, editing and deleting (using DataGrid) all the field which is in "tbl_course_info" table. 4- when entering, editing (using DataGrid) student information which is in admin panel and for the "tbl_student_info" table, the data of the following columns: Faculty, Department, stage, semester and study year should be in a combo box and the data of these combo boxes should come from "tbl_course_info". 5- there is a field in "tbl_student_info" table under the name of "Enabled", this should be a checkbox in the admin panel page when entering and editing the student info, and if the student is not enabled, he/she must not be able to login to the system and see his/her degree. also, there should be a checkbox to enable and disable all the records in the table at once. 6- student page, a page is needed for the students to show when they login , they should be able to see their ID, first name, last name, faculty name, department name, stage, semester , study year and the PDF file(s) which were uploaded for them and the PDF file(s) should be downloadable. if there were no PDF file(s) uploaded it should show a message that there is no result yet. this page must be responsive and be flexible on tables and smart phones and the design for this page is very important so it should be something very nice and not heavy in size and not take much time when it retrieves data from DB with thousands of records. 7- both employees, from "tbl_admin" table and students, from "tbl_student_info" should be able to change their passwords and reset their passwords. when reseting passwords, an 8 digit password should be sent by email. 8- the web application should use sessions for login and logout. 9- there are some other small details which will be told the freelance before starting the work attached are the DB and an image which it should be the background for the student login page. the period for this project is 7 days from the day we start.
