I have one already. I have done this kind of things many times on Linux. I have server code ready now. Is all I would have to do is insert the specifics of your data needs into the code, and add where to store the data (Files or Database).

This would be an easy task for me as I have worked on the similar tech. I was collecting udp data from sensors put in delivery trucks and showing to owner on its pannel using mapping.
