Good morning, I can assist in opening the require ports for your ftp to work both in passive (pasv) and active which will resolve your problem. I have 15 years of linux experience and 11 of these are managing cPanel servers and I believe your using configserv firewall which is a great bit of software but does cause some FTP headaches. If you have cPanel then you're most likele running ProFTPd server on it. When you connect to it, the ocnnection fails while listing the direcrory, is that the symptom? It's rather some issue with the conntrack module on iptables when the server tried to switch to PASV mode. I can chek this. All the bests, Istvan
