Project and Document Register

Create and project and subsequent document database and frontend form in Microsoft Acess. Database Project Register -Project Number (auto number 4 digits starting from 0000) -Project Title (short text) -Customer (short text) -Project Type (ENG or MRO) (optional) Document Register -Select Project -Select Document Type (2 characters) -Document Number (Project Number + Document Type + Four digit auto number) i.e. 1234-XX-0001 The way the front end should look. The user should be able to click a button to create a new project and fill in the relevant fields. The user should be able to search for a current project, then click a button be able to create a unique document number. Drop down menu(s) to select a current project, document type (test, schematic, drawing, instruction, etc). This will then generate the next a unique document number for that type and project. The database to be on the server and the front end on allocated users. Once the database and front have been reviewed, hand over all relevant data that can be modified at a later stage.
