One page normal Scroll able website require

We are Google Apps reseller for GCC region and we would like to have nice design one page scrolable website to showcase of what we do, what is the solution and how it can help the customer save it money. We need elegant template selection by the freelancer, we would put the content ourself. We have a server on Godaddy where the website can be hosted. Once the webpage design is approve, we would need final hosted done by the freelancer in our godaddy server, multiple copies of that webpage, i.e., for United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia. So same design would be carried for each domain specific to the country.
