This one is simple. I have a site I maintain for a client. There is a link he changes every year because the laws change. It is usually as simple as replacing the existing target. However, this time it is not so easy. The link is present and it works...however, I cannot see it. I am thinking it has to do with style sheets which I know nothing about. The other links on the page work fine.
