I need a simple bootstrap form with name, number, description and drag & drop image fields. When user submit form name, number, description should stored in one table and image names stored in another table as well as move images to a specified location. It never refresh page. This form should capable of uploading at least 50 images. Code must be clean and should use proper commenting
