Need a Custom EverWebinar Thank You Page Created

Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have done similar work on EverWebinar before. I have attached what the page looks like right now when the thank you page is on EverWebinar's server. I need a custom page created as a page in my wordpress theme (thrivetheme). The work that you are going to do should not be wiped out when a wordpress or thrivetheme update comes out. I need the page to look the same or better that the screenshots attached and pull/connect all of the things needed to populate the page from everwebinar (webinar date, webinar time, link to join the webinar, sms reminder, add google calendar/ical/outlook, and the survey question). Please don't send me a generic cover letter response. Tell me that you've worked with the EverWebinar API before so that I know you've read and understand this task. Also, this isn't a complicated task for someone that knows the EverWebinar API so, please, no ridiculous bids. Thanks! Brian
