Mikrotik Social Hotspot

I would like a plattform with cooperation with mikrotik devices for social login and web backend with report for user who have logged in to the system. I want to do (authentication) and then redirection to check in or like to a page. Attached there are Here is an example of what i need. i can offer web hosting (and need to be hosted on my hosting) for testing and developing purposes.
