Make an ecommerce site like amazon with wordpress.

Im a fresh graduate and working on a small business with my friends. Please keep in mind that since we are starting up with barely any cash at hand, we have a very small budget. What I need is a site, which looks and work like ebay. Here are few things I need from you: I want you do design the website from ground up and I do not want to touch any coding, as that is not my specialty. Once the site is running all i want is to upload and manage products on the site, including discounts and so on. Another thing I want to know is the credit card information. Can we have a portal for payments online? And finally, I want a login page for customers, which will store customer information- Name, mobile number, email, product history and the address. I'd like to retreive the customer data base on later on for marketing emails. I know its a lot of work for very less money, I really wish i can give you more, but at the moment we cant afford a lot, but I will keep the selected candidate for our future business work as well, which means more money, and I will reward way more to compensate the effort you put in to making our site.
