We need a refresh of our Joomla 3.x website template (see [login to view URL]) It is based on Bootstrap 2.3.1 and kicktemp template ([login to view URL]). Our main requirements are: - update bootstrap/template files to the latest version - optimize the mobile/tablet view (menu, search, font size) - reduce requests, size and loading time - make some changes (font size etc) - correct some errors (we can’t hide module positions in mobile/tablet view) Basically we want to improve user-experience for mobile users. At the moment the site is way too slow as all desktop elements are loaded in mobile view. We don’t want to change the design or a new design. If you want you can get the PSD files too. Either you update the current solution or you create a new template based on another framework. It’s up to you. Please tell us which way you want to take and why. You will get all template files. Then you need do the development on your own Joomla 3.4.1 as we can not grant admin or FTP access. We install a development copy of the site, test the new template on our server, make last changes and then the project is finished. We accept milestone payments. We need an invoice for each payment. As this is a serious project we don’t consider bids without a message and your ideas. Thanks in advance.

The loading time is basically fine at our end in mobile and desktop. i don't know how much time it takes on your internet speed. but we will do work on its fast loading after updating its things.
