Hello Please let me know if the zipped file will be on your server or on another site. Is the URL containing the zipped file password protected? Can you show me a sample of the zipped file? I can avoid dups when inserting the MySQL data assuming that the file will contain some unique value to compare with. I have more than 10 years of experience with HTML, Javascript, PHP, MySQL, Linux and web development in general. While I have set a deadline of 3 days on my bid, I can start right away. I just like to give myself extra time in case any complications arise even though I don't anticipate any. Thanks, Danny
