Extend CMS and redesign our business page in OctoberCMS (PHP Laravel) with SEO optimization

Welcome! We would like to develop and design our business home page in OctoberCMS. Since in CMS are basic options for SEO, we would like to develop some extensions in CMS. We would like to add new functionalities in CMS which will be excellent optimized for SEO and will bring this page on top of Google searches. When the development and redesign is done, we will by our self add content. Since it is CMS should be very easy. Description and requirements of the business page: 1. DEVELOPMENT AND EXTENSION OF OctoberCMS: 1.1 Please, take a look and go through our old web page which is available on [login to view URL] 1.2 We will use only OctoberCMS ([login to view URL]) which is written in framework Laravel and based on PHP. It is open source project, you should now how framework Laravel works. We know how some CMS is running and usually it is very easy to add and edit new and old pages (titles, content, media, keywords, etc). 1.3 Structure of new webpage will contain 7 pages (home, offering, portfolio, about us, clients, contacts, contact form). Pages and content will be added by our self since this is CMS. 1.4 Each page on our web page should have possibility to add many as wanted standard subpages or to be displayed in way “single web page”. In case of single web page we are talking about sections in HTML. Booth options should be supported by choosing some choice (radio button) in CMS. On our home page. 1.5 Beside common CMS functionalities (which are known from other CMSes like: WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, and so on) it needs to support rich text editor whit extended SEO possibility (please, see attached image) - where you could insert meta information for article, SEO keywords and keywords, article and description. Purpose of this is to make automatically adding these keywords and meta information on existing webpage. This should make SEO much better. It is very important that CMS has built-in rich text editor. If OctoberCMS does not have it, than we are sure there is some plugin for it. 1.6 Here I would like to make it clear that point of development is not to create web page which is based on OctoberCMS (we cold to that by our self), but to add additional functionalities for SEO to existing OctoberCMS and make the completely design. CMS should work that way than we will be able to crate content and modify design by our self. 2.7 CMS should support showing 2 different languages – German and English. German should be choose by default. This option should be closable on right top corner. This also means when you are adding new page in CMS all input fields (article, description, etc) should have 2 inputs – one in German and other in English language. 1.7 CMS should support showing 2 different languages – German and English. Maybe they buy some template or they made their own. 2.2 New web page needs to have responsive design - support from mobile devices to large screens.
