Email going into junk folders

Project for someone with email configuration knowledge.... I am starting to address the fact that all my mail is going into the junk folders. I know that I need to contant providers and annouce to them that I sending eCards and newletters. I have viewed an email in text format and seen that there are several sets of headers spam checks, x-header, and others. These headers are the matter that i am needing help with addressing.
