Edit Landing Page & Create Thank You Page

Our budget is $20 to $30 (MAXIMUM) for this project. We need it completed within 24 to 48 hours. We have created a landing page with survey at the end of it. We need to edit this page and make sure this landing page is compatible and looks good on tablet + mobile devices. We also need to create a thank you page where we are going to install a contest widget where people can share our survey with friends. Please READ the "Loyalty Tunes Landing Page SCOPE OF WORK" document attached to this project BEFORE bidding. Below are the main tasks we need done, but the scope of work document gives you the exact details for each task. 1) DELETE CURRENT HEADLINE AND SUB HEADLINE ON LANDING PAGE AND REPLACE WITH TEXT GRAPHIC BANNER 2) REMOVE 4 IMAGES WITH TEXT (ON LANDING PAGE) AND REPLACE WITH THE 4 BANNER IMAGES WITH TEXT YOU SEE IN MY MOCKUP 3) ON LANDING PAGE, CENTER ONE LINE OF TEXT AND ADJUST SPACING 4) ADD REDIRECT URL, SO VISITORS ARE REDIRECTED TO MAILCHIMP AUTORESONDER PAGE AFTER SUBMITTING SURVEY 5) CREATE THANK YOU PAGE AND ADD UPVIRAL SHARING WIDGET + NAME & EMAIL FORM Once again, please see scope of work document attached to this project.
